From October to April : The electricity is to be paid according to meter reading. Wood for the fire is invoiced 40 € per week.

For weekly renting, arrival before 16 h, departure before ten.

Beware: if the house is not clean and tidy, the amount of 40 € can be requested for the cleaning.

If you bring a pet with you, you can’t leave it in the house while you’re away.
